Terms of service

How Judjit works for you

These terms set out what Judjit provides, what we expect from you, and what we do not guarantee.

What Judjit is

Judjit is a job fit verdict tool. It reads job descriptions and a candidate profile, then produces a fit score, a main blocker, and a suggested next move. The output is an AI-generated analysis intended to help you make faster, better-informed decisions about which roles to pursue. It is not a recruitment service, a placement service, or a guarantee of employment.

Acceptable use

By using Judjit you agree not to:

  • Submit job descriptions or CV content that you do not have the right to use.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract Judjit's underlying models or prompts.
  • Use the service to make automated hiring decisions about other people without appropriate consent.
  • Misrepresent Judjit verdicts as guarantees or as the view of any employer or recruiter.
  • Abuse, overload, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.

AI output limitations

Judjit uses large language models to generate its analysis. Results may be wrong, incomplete, or inconsistent across identical inputs. The verdict is a decision-support tool, not a definitive assessment. You should apply your own judgement before acting on any Judjit output. We do not guarantee that verdicts are accurate, unbiased, or representative of a specific employer's view.

Your content

You retain ownership of any CV text, job descriptions, or other content you submit. By submitting content you grant Judjit a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it for the purpose of generating your requested verdict. We do not claim ownership of your content or use it to train models.

Account access and beta access

During the private beta, access is by invitation only. We may revoke access at any time without notice if these terms are breached or if operational needs require it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Magic-link sign-in links are single-use and expire after 15 minutes.

Service availability

Judjit is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no uptime guarantees during the beta period. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Judjit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes missed job opportunities, reliance on incorrect verdicts, or data loss. Our total liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months, or EUR 50, whichever is lower.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users. Continued use of Judjit after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, unless applicable consumer law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
